Gynecologic Oncologist Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Dalhousie University

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Dalhousie University, has locum opportunities for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gynecologic Oncologist, commencing in early 2022.

This is a full-time locum opportunity. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an academic setting, providing care to women in the Maritime region. The call schedule is 1 in 4, and is organized one week at a time.

This position is part of a group practice, located in the Capital District Health Authority, Victoria General Site in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Halifax is a coastal city on the eastern seaboard of Canada. In addition to its beautiful oceanfront views, the city offers its residents the best qualities of both a smaller city (friendly citizens, safe neighbourhoods), and being that it is the cultural hub of the Maritimes it also offers the amenities usually reserved for larger centers (multiple Universities, a vibrant arts scene, an international airport, and great dining options).
